Mr Tan Kok Seng
Advisor
Mr Tan is the Advisor of OneAsia Group and founder of T K Seng Management.
Mr Tan brings to OneAsia Group more than four decades of experience in corporate secretarial matters, management consultancy and in depth understanding of business knowledge. With his extensive professional experience, he is well placed to provide valuable advice to the Group and our clients which include multinational corporations and small and medium sized enterprises in various aspect.
Mr CK Loh
Director
Mr CK Loh is the co-founder and director of OneAsia Group.
Mr CK Loh has accumulated more than 19 years of financial management. Prior to co founding the Group, Mr Loh was the Group Financial Controller of SGX Main Board/ Catalist listed companies. From 2007 to 2016, he was deeply involved in financial accounting, corporate finance/ exercise, ship finance, project finance, merger & acquisition, costing, policy setting and system implementation of these companies. From October 1999 to 2007, Mr Loh worked in public accounting firms both in Malaysia and Singapore, he led the audit of listed companies, small and medium size companies and MNCs, initial public offering and financial due diligence projects.
Mr CK Loh is a qualified Chartered Accountant, he is the member of :
• Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (CA Singapore)
• Certified Public Accountant of Australia (CPA Australia)
• Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA Malaysia)
• ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA)
Mr Cui TieBing
Director
Mr Cui is the co-founder and director of OneAsia Group.
Mr Cui is an audit and accounting trained professional and he also has compliance background in financial institution, prior to co-founding the Company, Mr Cui held a senior management position in the local accounting, secretarial and corporate tax services firm. Throughout various years of working experiences in the industry, he deeply understands the corporate compliance needs not only for local SMEs but also for international investors who have Singapore outreaches.
He always pursue the objective of providing excellent services in order to fulfil our client’s needs and providing solutions beyond our clients’ satisfaction.
Mr Cui is a qualified Chartered Accountant, He is a member of :

•Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (CA Singapore).
